Karen Bagenal

Karen Bagenal was born and raised in the small suburb of Redbank and has a vast knowledge of the Ipswich area. Karen's Mother's family were raised in Booval and her Dad's Family was raised in Redbank. Karen's Grandparents owned various parcels of land all over Ipswich as well as rental properties.

Karen's interest in real estate developed at an early age as she spent a lot of her time with both Grandparents visiting and playing along with her brothers on the land.

In 1989 Karen bought her first block of land in Bundamba where she built her first home and twelve months later sold it for double the price. So Karen understands the value of the region very well.

Once her family was completed - she has three beautiful girls- Karen started investing in the property market. Buying rentals properties was high on the list and her portfolio was started.

After selling this home and building another to suit her growing family, she continued to buy land locally and build spec homes to on sell, some were kept as rentals, others were sold off the plan.

Karen joined Realway Property Consultants in 2006 as a Sales Property Consultant and over the next four years achieved various Awards as well as Sales Person of the Year with Highest Sales Dollar Value and Highest Volume of Sales throughout Realway Australia.

In 2011 Karen had an opportunity to purchase Realway Property Consultants Ipswich including the Rent Roll. Now Karen is continuing to successfully build and service her existing clients as well as new clientele every day.

Karen's past business experience and her own successful housing portfolio has helped her gain exceptional knowledge and experience in running a profitable business, as well as achieving her own personal goals as a Sales Consultant. She has a bubbly personality and is likeable, which is contagious. Her mission is always to give complete service and understanding to each client. Karen always ensures that she achieves the best possible price as well as giving an honest opinion throughout the process of selling your most prized possession or investment property.
