My name is Bianca, I have recently changed careers from running my own business for 18 years to joining my sister, Kaitlin, in real estate as her assistant. I am committed to supporting clients and enhancing the operations of the real estate team. By assisting Kaitlin and the team, I believe we can create seamless and exciting experiences for our clients.

In my role, I will be managing a variety of tasks, including coordinating appointments, preparing listings, and conducting market research. I excel at organization and communication, ensuring that every detail is handled efficiently. My proactive approach allows the team to focus on what they do best—helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

I am passionate about learning and growing within the industry which in turn helps our team be efficient and successful for our clients. I actively seek opportunities to expand my knowledge, staying up-to-date with market trends and best practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, tea and walking, natural health, wellness & beauty, which helps maintain a balanced lifestyle. With a strong commitment to teamwork and client satisfaction, I am excited to contribute to the success of the team and make a positive impact in the real estate community.
