At RealWay, we believe real estate is personal. It’s not just about property—it’s about people, relationships, and the communities we call home. And while helping our clients buy, sell, rent, or invest is a big part of what we do, there’s something even bigger driving us: giving back.
Across Queensland, RealWay teams show up—not just at open homes and auctions, but on the footy field, at fundraisers, in volunteer roles, and behind the scenes of some of our state’s most important community causes. This isn’t just a side project for us. It’s a core part of who we are.
In Bundaberg, our team helped raise over $106,000 in a single night at their recent Soirée for LifeFlight. The funds went directly to LifeFlight’s First Minutes Matter program, bringing emergency medical care to people in regional Queensland when every second counts. It was a night full of generosity, sparkle, and deep community spirit.
In Hervey Bay, RealWay is proud to be part of the Dunga Derby—a wild, multi-day rally raising funds for families facing serious medical and life challenges. Team 38—Leanne Cowley, Blaine Polit, and Monique Maher—are driving more than just rally cars. They’re driving change. Through Rally for a Cause, they’re helping provide real, tangible support to local families who need it most.
Mental health is another space close to our hearts. This year, like many before RealWay Bundaberg joined The Push-Up Challenge, with team member Shane Chung completing 3,214 push-ups in just 23 days. The effort raised thousands for headspace Bundaberg and helped shine a light on the importance of open conversations around mental health. It was tough, sweaty work—but worth every push.
And it’s not always about the big fundraisers. Last Halloween, the RealWay Edge team brought joy and community spirit to Spring Mountain by hosting a free, family-friendly event at Ben Nevis Park. Kids came dressed up and collected Trick-or-Treat packs, while neighbours mingled, laughed, and made memories. It was a simple gesture—but sometimes those are the ones that leave the biggest mark.
Community spirit is alive and well in Toowoomba too, where Cooper Watson from RealWay Toowoomba enjoys getting involved at a grassroots level—often seen cheering from the sidelines while coaching his daughter’s soccer team. It’s just one of the many ways our people stay connected to the communities they live and work in.
From sponsoring junior sports teams and donating raffle prizes to backing local schools and stepping up in times of crisis, RealWay teams are known for being the first to ask, How can we help? That’s because our people don’t just work in the communities we serve—we live in them. We know the people, the parks, the schools, the coffee shops, and the stories. We’re part of the everyday fabric of these neighbourhoods.
And through it all, we stand by our promise: Real Service. Real Results.
It’s not just a tagline—it’s how we show up every day. Whether we’re helping someone navigate a sale, find their perfect home, or raise funds for a local cause, we bring the same care, commitment, and integrity to everything we do.
Because when our communities thrive, we all do.
And that’s what doing real estate the RealWay is all about.
