Lisa Smith

Lisa is well known in the Fraser Coast area as she has called Hervey Bay home for most of her life… after attending school locally, she moved away from the area returning with her own family to make it home again.

After many years in the building industry, Lisa decided to enter the Real Estate industry.  Like most things in business, trust is important to people and doing business with someone they can rely upon.  Buying and selling a home is a very big deal for most people so they need to have confidence in their Agent.

People come and go in this industry, but if you’ve been around for a while you build up credibility and a huge part of my business now comes from referrals and repeat business, I take that trust very seriously.

Lisa began her Real Estate career as a Property Manager then moving into Sales seemed to be the natural progression for her career.

Lisa has been in the Real Estate industry for 11 years and believes people rely on her local knowledge and trust that they are dealing with a true property professional.
